- Please be advised that due to the nature of this repair (elevator service) and the need to return this elevator to service, as rapidly as possible - to ensure persons that are handicapped or otherwise incapacitated, may easily gain access to the upper and lower floors in the building. It is advantageious for the government to accept the bid placed by the incumbent service provider - Otis Elevator. This bid is considered reasonable and it is in the best interest of the government to accept this bid.
