- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Tampa Delineated Area: East: 50th St. West: Sheldon Rd. South to Old Tampa Bay North: Hillsborough Ave. South: John F. Kennedy Blvd. to Garrison Channel to Selmon Expy. (618) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Contiguous office and related/support space Parking Spaces (Total): 65 Parking Spaces (Surface): 65 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Full Term: 3 months Firm Term: 3 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Roof access for non-penetrating antenna equipment. Installation will be temporary but may require a cable run. Office must not be more than 150ft from the rooftop via cable run. Must have capability for 20 and 30 amp outlets. Additional requirements will apply as determined by the Government to be included in Request For Lease Proposals (RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government will not consider space in the 100 year flood plain unless there is no practicable alternative.
