- PR# 0040124376 NSN 1670-00-516-8813 PACK ASSEMBLY, PERSONNEL PARACHUTE, CHEST ISSUE DATE: 01/04/2012 CLOSE DATE: 02/03/2012 This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 670 each for stock. No Option is included. I/A/W NR 98750 53J7298 Rev M DTD 69 JAN 01 This Item has Qualified Products List (QPL) requirements. This is a Life Support Item as well as a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control and Export Control Restrictions Apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Textile Testing apply. Solicitation is issued as a Parital Small Business Set-Aside. 50% of the requirement is set aside for small businesses and the other 50% is unrestricted. The following terms apply: Inspection/Acceptance Origin FOB Destination, Higher Level Inspection Requirements. The Delivery Objective is 195 days for the First Article Sample and the Textile Sample, 90 days for the Government Review, and 195 days for the Production Quantity. The requested total delivery would be 480 days or the best possible delivery terms available.
