- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport intends to execute a Cost Plus Fixed Fee order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-10-G-4304 or N00024-10-G-4305 for Overhaul/Maintenance/Repair in support of Total Ship Monitoring System (TSMS) shipalt 4473K on SSN 720 and 724 with an estimated period of performance from 28 Feb 2012 through 24 May 2013. The two potential prime contractors are: Electric Boat Corporation, A General Dynamics Company, located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989 (BOA 4304), and Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2787 (BOA 4305). This order will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The proposed agreement action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.303 utilizing Class J&A numbers 40,744 and 40,788.
