- NAICS 238220 - Replace existing boiler vent and chimney cap and existing sanitary sewer tee at the Judge Bruce M. Van Sickle Federal Building/Courthouse, 100 1st St. SW, Minot, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on Januar 4, 2012. Work to be completed in 60 days after notice to proceed. Estimate range is $25,000 to $100,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov.
