- This is the annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-10-G-A751 with CEPEDA Associates, Louisville, KY and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUPWSS for the period 2011 Nov 12 thru 2012 Nov 12 for the evaluation and repair of various items by CEPEDA some of which are listed below: NSN 4Y 4460-01-134-9865, Burner Assembly, CAT; 4Y 4460-01-357-3337, Purifier, Unit Air; NSN 2S 4460-01-120-2715 A3, Removal Plant, Carbo; NSN 2S 4460-01-214-8352 A3, Burner; NSN 4Y 4460-01-363-7481 Removal Plant, CO2. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUPWSS solicitation lanugage identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
