- Description
- Vendor Form Solicitation for Telecommunications Expert. The Library of Congress is seeking a contractor to conduct an analysis of voice and data services from multiple service providers and assist the Library of Congress in the development of its telecommunications infrastructure. It is the Library's intention to inventory and document ll telecommunications systems and services incorporated in the infrastructure of the Library's voice and data network. The contractor shall provide personnel with a specialization in technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized telecommunications applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems.
