Description
Sole Source J&A 1. PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES Peace Corps is in the process of modernizing the existing systems used to support the Office of Volunteer Support and the Peace Corps Medical Officers world-wide. We need resources to provide consulting services to design, build and deploy the medical screening system, integrate with DOVE and develop a single sign-on infrastructure to support the medical screening system and future SAML-aware applications hereto referred to as the solution. 2. SCOPE OF WORK Microsoft Consulting Services will deliver time and materials to design, build and deploy the solution. 1. Microsoft Consulting Services • Analyze and develop functional and non-functional requirements to create technical requirements, design and testing documents • Design artifacts that follow the Peace Corps System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Design, build and test the solution based on business requirements provided by Peace Corps • Work with Peace Corps staff to define and implement the solution according to the mutually agreed upon design • Use Microsoft tools and methodologies to develop the solution • Install and configure the required production-ready infrastructure following industry and Microsoft best-practices • Actively transfer technical knowledge of the solution to Peace Corps staff • Keep Peace Corps Project Manager updated on their progress on the solution Support production ready activities related to the DOVE Applicant Medical Screening (AMS) system will include the following services: • Fix software defects found during user acceptance testing of the AMS and system integration testing with the Kenexa eRecruitment system • Make changes to system forms based upon feedback from the offices of General Counsel and Communication to ensure compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act • Support Certification and Accreditation auditors to ensure compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act • Integrate the software with Peace Corps legacy medical systems • Provide additional training to end users and technical support staff • Provide support for the development of training materials
