- OPM20-12-R-0001 12202011 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is: OPM20-12-R-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54 dated December 2, 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110, and the small business size standard is $30 million. This procurement is unrestricted, allowing both large and small business to submit quotations. The Veterans to Federal Program is soliciting a contractor to provide overnight accommodations, conference space, interview rooms, food and beverage services and audio visual equipment, in support of the Veterans to Federal Program (V2F), to be held tentatively from February 12, 2012 through February 17, 2012. Note: The overnight accommodations and food and beverage services cannot exceed the federal daily per diem rates. Offerors are invited to submit their quotations to OPM Contracting in response to this notice by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), January 6, 2012. Only e-mailed requests for additional information will be accepted at siobhan.lake@opm.gov through 12:00 PM, December 27, 2011. Quotations submitted in response to this notice shall include the solicitation number in the subject line and be signed, dated and submitted via email to Siobhan.lake@opm.gov. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at the time the requirement is to be awarded will not be considered. Vendors may register with CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or (269) 961-5757, or by accessing www.ccr.gov. The Office of Personnel Management intends to award a Best Value Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. Note: This is not a solicitation for third party or event planning services. Teaming/ subcontracting arrangements with hotels will be considered non-responsive.
