- Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. GSA requires a one-year renewal for both licenses and hardware maintenance. The period of performance is from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. The Government will award a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the lowest priced quote received.
