- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System, has a requirement for Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) consulting services. Successful vendor will provide consultation on the use of DEA to develop composite measures of quality of care and to support composite measure analysis for a project entitled "Identifying and Characterizing High Performing VHA Nursing Homes." Vendor will incorporate a potentially large number of multiplier constraints needed for assurance reasons, i.e., management imposed limits on weights. Different weights will be placed on each facility, something usually not done in DEA. Anyone believing they have the capability to perform this function is invited to submit a capabilities statement no later than December 28th. A fixed price contract with a base of one year is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only one identified source possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. This is not a solicitation; it is a sources sought notice. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline shall not be considered. The submission of any data for review shall not impede award of this contract as planned. The Government does not intend to pay for information solicited.
