- DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT LINE ITEMS (CLIN): CLIN 001: Construction and Acceptance Phase -- The Commissioning Agent shall provide all labor, materials and instrumentation required to complete the scope of work outlined in this Statement of Work for the Construction and Acceptance phase. Commissioning activities shall include all appropriate work tasks in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs Whole Building Commissioning Process Manual. (http://www.cfm.va.gov/til/commissioning/CxManual.PDF) CLIN 002: Post Occupancy Warranty Phase -- The Commissioning Agent shall provide all labor, materials and instrumentation required to complete the scope of work outlined in this Statement of Work for the Post Occupancy Warranty phase. Commissioning activities shall include all appropriate work tasks in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs Whole Building Commissioning Process Manual.
