- Description
- The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified Window Washing company for Exterior Window Glazing (outside only) for Buildings 1 and 2 on the Medical Center grounds located at University & Woodland Avenues, Philadelphia, PA 19104 and the Community Living Center, located at 3461 Civic Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The Contractor shall supply all necessary supervision, equipment, labor and materials required for exterior window glazing (outside only). Anticipated contract period is for a base year with four option years. The job will consist of two (2) washings/glazings only (one washing in April; one washing in September). BLDG #1: (Including the A-E Wing and Research Wing) BLDG #2: (Including the Garage) BLDG #3: BLDG #5: COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER: (Location 3461 Civic Blvd. Phila., PA 19104) Work shall be performed during normal working hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Contractor should be familiar with working in a hospital environment and all work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code is 561720. The solicitation is available for downloading from the FEDBIZOPP website today, 20 December 2011. Quotes must be received by Thursday, 19 January 2012 at 1:00 PM, no quotes will be received after 1:00 PM. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All Contractors must be registered in VETBIZ (www.vetbiz.gov) and all Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) in order to be awarded this contract. Verification of SDVOSB must be provided at time of award. Contractor must provide Proof of Insurance. All quotes must be delivered to Valerie L. Sullivan, Contracting Officer, (90C) Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Room A917 (located on the 9th Floor), 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19104.
