- IQC11324009007. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN: 5895-01-445-6161, Panel, Indicator, manufactured in accordance with Rockwell Collins, Inc. Cage 13499, part number 754-2023-001. This item is not a CSI item. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 48 each per base year and 48 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available in CFolders. Surge requirements do apply. Required delivery is 144 days ARO. FOB DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with Full and Open Competition. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
