- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for Construction Services for Norfolk ATCT / Base Building Facility Rehabilitation; Norfolk, VA. Work includes, but is not limited to, architectural upgrades, HVAC replacement, and elevator modernization. The estimated price range for this project is between $800,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The contractor shall perform at least fifteen (15) percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees. The project duration is 240 calendar days. The following companies have been prequalified by the Federal Aviation Administration, and will be the ONLY companies to receive a copy of the RFO (Request For Offers) for this project: 1 - DEG Enterprises - Norfolk, NE2 - James S. Lavold, Inc - Riviera Beach, FL3 - Kalimex, Inc. - Ocean View, NJ4 - Wells General Inc. - Raleigh, NC 5 - Jones - Morgan LLC - Atlanta, GA6 - Sheckler Contracting, Inc. - Conneaut Lake, PA7 - Construction and Service Solutions Corp. - Buffalo, NY Basis for AwardPrice will be used for the basis of award for this project.
