- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of theMultifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) International ProgramOffice (IPO) (JPEO JTRS10), plans to award one firm fixed price order forapproximately eighteen (18) MIDS Low Volume Terminals (LVT)(4)s with NSIOsoftware for an FMS customer. The award of this order is planned for April2012and will be based upon full and open competition. In order to be eligible foran award, an offeror must demonstrate in its proposal the ability tomanufacture and deliver the MIDS terminals stated above, that are qualified inaccordance with the solicitation requirements, and within the schedulerequirements of the solicitation. The Request For Proposal (RFP), which willbeissued on or about 31 January 2012, and any amendments thereto, will beprovided upon request.
