- Request for Proposal HC1028-12-T-0022 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO), Services Branch (PL8311), Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a Compeitive Small Business Set Aside Award. This acquisition shall procure CISCO training courses within the District of Columbia region. The purchase of the seats will enable the designated personnel to attend regularly scheduled classes as the individual schedules permit. This is a non-recurring acquisition of these courses. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) RFP HC1028-12-T-0022 (iii) The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-47. (iv) The NAICS code is 611420, the size standard is $7M. v) The intention is to issue a single award, however multiple awards may be made at the Government's discretion. Provide a price for each of the CLINs. If you cannot quote an item, denote with "No bid". An entry of $.00 indicates the item is provided free of charge. (vi) See attached solicitation HC1028-12-T-0022 for CLIN structure. (vii) Place of Performance: Washington DC. All of the training courses MUST be offered WITHIN the Washington DC Metro region (NCR) ; as travel costs will not be paid. (viii) There is no DPAS rating. (ix) No numbered notes; (x) Site visits are not required. (xi)This acquisition will be made using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Section 508 Accessibility Standards do not apply. The resultant contract will have a Period of Performance of Award date through 31 May 2012. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and will be evaluated based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable acquisition method. Vendor proposals in response to this RFQ must be received no later than 24 January 2012 at 12:00pm CST. This solicitation is being conducted solely by electronic means. Please submit one copy of the Request for Proposal as well as one copy of amendments with the proposal. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing no later than 29 December 2011 10:00am CST. Answers will be provided to all interested parties on 10 January 2012 by 4:00pm CST.
