- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: The Government intends on executing a five (5) year renewal option at this location. However, the Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government, and if all the security and space requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include the costs of all tenant improvements; the physical move; move coordination; telecommunication costs; security costs, etc. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed.
