- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Please provide manufacturer information and a model number of the GSE Data Logger Equipment. Campbell CR1000 Please provide details regarding on-site power (110VAC, 220VAC, other...) Only 110 VAC and 220 VAC single phase are available. Is there "line-of-site" between the meteorological tower and the location of data analysis? Data analysis will occur 100-miles away, in Hanover, New Hampshire. Is there cellular phone service available at this location? If so, is the service provide on a GSM or CDMA network? CDMA is available through Verizon wireless by contract. GSM is a ATT/Nextel service, but we are not familiar with its capability at the tower location. What is the total number of anemometers required for this proposal? QTY=6 or QTY=8? One unheated and one heated anemometer at 10-m agl, 20-m agl, and 30-m agl for a total of 6-anemometers (two at each of three levels). Also, one heated wind vane at 30-m agl, and one unheated wind vane at 20-m agl and at 10-m agl. What is the installation height of each anemometer? 10-m, 20-m and 30-m agl Is 802.11g "Wi-Fi" an acceptable protocol? Wi-Fi 802.11 (a,b,g,n) is not an option without a CAC/PKI card and AD account and encrypted IAW FIPS 140.2 at the site. Wi-Fi should not be considered a viable technology at this site.
