- Multiple Award Task Order IDIQ Contract (MATOC) for Design/Build of Ranges and associated training facilities for the Southwest Region (AZ, CA, LA, NM, NV, OK, and TX). This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) HUBZone concerns. The proposed IDIQ contract consists of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The MATOC contract will be solicited and procured using Best Value Trade-Off methodology based on the Two-Phase Design Build Process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.3. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS MOVED INTO PHASE II. ONLY THE FOLLOWING FIRMS ARE PERMITTED TO PROPOSE ON THIS ACTION FROM THIS POINT FORWARD (20 DEC 2011).
