- Amendment No. 1 (A001) Questions and Answers Below you will find the answers to questions in Blue, Bold and Italic. We are small company could an invoice be sent every 2 weeks if we win the contract? Per the Payment Terms, which can be found at Attachment I of the RFQ: "The Contractor may invoice for up to 30% of the total Contract price upon submittal to and acceptance by USTDA of the planned itinerary, purchase of tickets, and required insurance declarations from the insurance agencies. The balance of 70% will be paid in full once USTDA has received and accepted the final report." Jr engineer who is from the Philippines is that okay to work on this project? Per the USTDA Nationality Requirements for the DM Contractor, which can be found at Annex II of the RFQ: "Award is limited to U.S. firms or U.S. individuals. Contractor and U.S. subcontractor employees used shall be either U.S. citizens or non-U.S. citizens lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States." Would we be able to talk on the phone about this? No phone calls will be excepted while solicitation is open as posted in the combined/synopsis solicitation. All questions must be submitted to the contracting office in writing via email to contracts@ustda.gov and tjohnson@ustda.gov. •4. The term of the contract is indicated to be one year; is the OCONUS work in South Africa to be performed for the entire period of the contract? Can you give me some clarification as to the concept for the work load and the division of time in the OCONUS location? USTDA anticipates that the Contractor will travel to South Africa for approximately ten business days.
