- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1,000 lbs of 200 micron Ammonium Perchlorate in 50-gal drums in accordance with American Pacific Corporation (AMPAC), Specification with TCP AMP-QSP-047. Rev 8. This requirement is sole sourced to American Pacific Corporation (AMPAC), 3880 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 700, Las Vegas, NV 89169, due to characterized properties to meet the requirements of the propellant to the raw material. Any firms believing that they can provide the Ammonium Perchlorate, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of Ammonium Perchlorate without causing programmatic hardship.
