- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii, Ft Shafter intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation #W912CN-12-T-0018. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a base period and two one-year option periods. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 811212 and Small Business Standard is $25M. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110629. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The Regional Contracting Office Ft. Shafter requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing the following non-personal services: All personnel, management, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform software and hardware maintenance, scheduled preventive maintenance, remedial and emergency repair, and software upgrades on four (4) Government-owned Video Teleconferencing Units Tandberg 6000 MXP for multiple locations (Schofield Barracks, HI / Okinawa, JP / Yokohama, JP / Pusan, Korea) as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. The closing dte of the solicitation will be 04 January 2012 at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
