- This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee WA, has a requirement for the re-babbitt of a turbine guide bearing. The attached Wage Determination No. 2005-2565, Revision No. 11, dated 06/13/2011, the Occupational Code and Title No. 23550, shall form a part of any contract arising from this solicitation.
