- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items contract, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-12-T-0636 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), sole source justification is based on Abbott Vascular only sells 6F guide low-profile, rapid-exchange.014 Delivery system, High-Performance Balloon: Multi-compliant XCELON Balloon Material provides sizing flexibility. Small Guiding Catheter and Sheath Compatibility: 6F guide for 4.0 to 6.0 mm and 7F guide for 6.5 to 7.0 mm. 4F sheath for 4.0 to 4.5 mm and 5F for 5-7 mm. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112. The size standard is 500 employees respectively.
