- This acquisition is for a firm fixed price purchase on NSN: 6615-12-372-6798 HL This item is GYROSCOPE CONTROL, P/N:141852-3122. This acquisition is for a qty of 5 EA BEQ in the basic year and 4 option years with the following QTY: OPTION I( 5ea.BEQ) OPTION II(5eaBEQ).OPTION III(8ea BEQ.) OPTION IV( 8ea.BEQ) Delivery schedule: Due 60 days after the receipt of order or Assest. Dest : Multiple destinations. Func : Altitude and Heading Reference Systems or better known as Attitude Heading Reference Systems( AHRS) are 3- Axis sensors that provide heading, attitude and yaw information for aircraft and are designed to replace traditional mechanical gyroscope flight instruments and provide superior reliability and accuracy. The Predominant Material of Manuf. : Aluminum case, electronic components, connectors. The approximate solicitation date will be 4 Jan 2012 with the approximate response date of20Jan 2012. This item is sole source to Northrop Drumman LITEF GMBH cage ( D4856). Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC ( 1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current approved DD form 2345 with their request for password access. To Request this certification, write to the commander, Defense Logistics Services Center, ATTN: DLSC- FEB, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 and request a copy of DD form 2345 or call DLSC at the above number.
