- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 782 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 782 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 3 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Department of Homeland Security-Transportation Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to the Kunzler Family Dentisty in Richfield, UT. Commencing April 01, 2012 through March 31, 2022, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $7,628.00 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $635.66 per month. The lease terms are set at 10 years/5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after March 31, 2017 with 30 days written notice to the Lessor.
