- United States Department of Veterans Affairs Rocky Mountain Network, NCO 19 4100 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 900 Denver, Colorado 80246-3055 Notice: Sole-Source Announcement The VAMC, Sheridan, Wyoming intends to negotiate sole source with the City of Sheridan, Wyoming Solid Waste Department to provide a one (1) year with four (4) option years to allow for solid waste dumping. The Sheridan Landfill is the only source available for satisfying the agencies requirement. There are no other known alternatives for sites that will accept Sheridan VAMC solid-waste (s), e.g., garbage, ashes, recycling waste products, construction debris, etc. Past services provided by the City of Sheridan “ landfill have satisfied the requirements of the Veterans Health Administration Hospital Facility. The City of Sheridan also provides and empties recycling trailers at no extra costs for plastics, cardboard, glass, newspapers, magazines, and other commensurate waste products. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by providing a capability statement and qualification which must contain specific information on supplying this type of service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within seven (7) days after the submission date of this synopsis shall be considered by the Government.
