- Attachment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation BPD-SIG-12-R-0002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. The NAICS code is 518210 and the size standard is $25.0 M. The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) has a request for quote for the brand name or equal to one (1) online financial database licensed subscription of the SNL Unlimited for Financial Institutions to be delivered to the following location: SIGTARP, 1801 L Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUN 2008), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Low price, technically acceptable. Addenda to this provision are attached.
