- The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Product Director for Joint Products (PDJP), intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to manufacture, test and deliver the MK437 Multi Option Fuze Navy (MOFN) on or about February 06, 2012. Interested offerors may also obtain a copy of the MOFN Technical Data Package (TDP). A DD2345 and a Non Disclosure Agreement must be submitted prior to receiving the TDP (CD). The solicitation will be restricted to the National Technology and Industrial Base (NTIB) under the authority 10 USC 2304(c)(3), as implemented by FAR 6.302-3(a)(2)(i), Industrial Mobilization; Engineering, Developmental, or Research Capability; or Expert Services. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract to the offeror that is deemed qualified based on a best value source selection process. The contract will contain five (5) one year ordering periods (FY12-16). The Offeror must be able to produce a minimum of 2,500 fuzes per month. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it obligate the Government in any way.
