- The purpose of this amendment is to notify industry on how the Government intends to process responses to Special Notice (Solicitation HSBP1012R0024). Industry responses to the Government's questions contained in Section L of the Draft RFP will not be released publicly. Responses to these questions may be submitted in any format and will be treated as procurement sensitive information. All questions about the IFT Draft RFP posed by industry using the form contained in the IFT Draft RFP Section J-12 will be formally released and posted in FedBizOpps.gov.
