- Description
- This is the Sole Source Justification and Approval for QMAE-BD-120001-N. This a Request for Quote for QMAE for a Fractional T-1 Frame Relay. Notice is given of GSA's intent to enter into a sole source agreement with National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Service (NLETS). NLETS is the only entity in existence that serves as a "switching network" or conduit of all DMV-like databases at the local, state, and federal levels. This is a sole source procurement and GSA intends for the vendor to provide vehicle information exchange of a non-criminal nature between justice-related computer systems. Total estimated value is $75,000 for the base year and two option periods.
