- IQC11340009020, this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-01-046-2091) for a BEARING, BALL, STACK. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. This item is manufactured to a "Source and Configuration Controlled Drawing." Approved Sources: BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC (Cage 97499) DWG. 214-010-482 REV. C, P/N 214-010-482-1 and KAYDON CORP (Cage 32828). This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 106 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 36 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 12 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 54 each. The minimum delivery order is 12 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 36 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 9 JAN 12(anticipated closing date of 9 FEB 12), anticipated award date is MAR 2012. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
