- This action entails the purchase of Argon ST Prephix Software to support the Production Center and RE-11 Installation for the Air and Space Operations Center Weapons System (AOC WS). NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) This is a notice of intent from ESC/HSGK, Hanscom AFB, MA to award a sole source purchase order to Argon ST, Inc. Argon ST, Inc. is the sole provider of their proprietary prephix software. The delivery date shall be 30 days after contract award. This purchase will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2); Soliciting from a single source. The anticipated award date is 13 January 2012. This is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may submit capability statements and qualifications for this requirement. All information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent for a contract action, not a solicitation. The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on market research previously conducted. Place of Performance: Ryan Center, Langley AFB, VA 23666.
