- Questions and Answers for Solicitation No. 669-12-000001 Modification No. 1 to Solicitation No. 669-12-000001 Solicitation No. 669-12-000001 for PROSPER is amended as follows and also hereby attached. The above numbered solicitation is amended as follows: (a) Section F.7.4, Performance Management Plan: Delete in its entirety, the second bullet point from the top and its text. (b) Section H.12(g)(2), Overseas Employee: Delete the last sentence and replace it with the following two (2) sentences: "5-day work week is authorized for all resident long-tem staff. However, short term consultants may be authorized 6-day week by the COTR." (c) Section L.7.2.d: Delete the text under this subsection in its entirety and replace it with the following: "The offeror must submit its proposal in the format as follows: (1) Technical Proposal should be in Word; (2) Narratives should be in either Word or PDF; (3) Budget and other related tables should be in Excel; and (4) Signature Pages should be in PDF. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in 9A of the solicitation, as heretofore changed, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
