- An amendment was issued 12/21/2011 to cancel Request for Proposal (RFP) SPM7MX-10-R-0088 in its entirety because of changes to the Government's requirements that are so substantial as to exceed what prospective offerors reasonably could have anticipated. DLA Land and Maritime is currently analyzing the population of NSNs that were in the RFP and determining which NSNs remain suitable long term contract (LTC) candidates. DLA Land and Maritime expects to issue new DLA Direct support LTC RFPs for the remaining NSNs in January 2012.
