- The CNGB memorandum directed a Capabilities Based Assessment of the NGB rotary and fixed wing capabilities to support Homeland Defense/NG Support to Civil Authorities and state-level missions. The purpose of the memorandum is to direct follow-up actions and analysis necessary for approved capability gaps, capability gaps that were submitted but not approved, or other issues of major concern See Attachments.
