- The purpose of this solicitation is to provide technical assistance for a variety of rail programs for improving rail transportation effeciency and safety. The Federal Railroad Administration expects to award multiple indefinte delivery/indefinite quantity contracts as a result of the forthcoming solicitation. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON THE WEB VIA FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (http://www.fbo.gov). No paper copies of the solicitation or amendments will be issued. No public announcement of any amendments will be made. Any changes to the solicitation shall be posted to this website.
