- Notice of Contract Award Contract No. FA4890-12-C-0004 Solicitation No. FA4890-11-R-0001 Headquarters, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (ACC AMIC) has awarded the above contract for the F-15C/E, F-16 & F-22A Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) and Continuation Training (CT). Award was made to Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma, LLC, 4747 Gaillardia Parkway, Suite 200, Oklahoma City, OK 73142, on 21 Dec 2011 in the amount of $52,219,144.00. Three proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial - Firm Fixed Price contract with Cost Reimbursable Line Items for services to be performed at multiple geographically separated CONUS locations. There is a 2 month phase-in period that will be funded by FY12 O&M funds. The base year of performance will be funded with FY12 O&M funds as they are made available. The four, one year option periods (as each option is exercised), will be funded with O&M funds as they are made available IAW FAR Clause 52.323-18. The contract was awarded based on the Evaluation Criteria as outlined in Section 7 of the solicitation.
