- Description
- IQC 11346009011 proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. NSN 1560-01-313-6273, MOUNT ASSEMBLY ENGINE F-18 AIRCRAFT, P/N: 74A501246-1004. This NSN is of critical application and configuration controlled; it is not commercial. A First Article Test (by Contractor) and Production Lot Test are required. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside utilizing Other Than Full and Open competitive procedures. Requested delivery is 275 DARO for First Article Test report and 275 DAFAA FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin to CONUS stock locations. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity which is (72) each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of (18) each is for the base year only. The Maximum Contract Quantity (per year) is (144) each. Forthcoming solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract under the provisions of FAR 15.3. The final contract award may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will be utilized. The solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage, select SOLICITATIONS, select REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, select (RFP)/INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) tab, select SEARCH THE RFP/IFB DATABASE. Then choose the RFP you are searching for. RFP'S are in Portable Document Format (PDF). A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. An anticipated solicitation issue date is January 6, 2012.
