- Wage Rates Solicitation Transportation Data CDRL_2 CAVAF Additional Special Packaging Instructions for the AFMC Form 158 CDRL_1 Packaging Requirements Instructions to fill out the 2875 DD Form 2875 Performance Work Statement This requirement is for the repair of Ammeter(s). NSN: 6625-01-034-0208RH (PN: 124-164); Quantity: 12 ea. NSN: 6625-01-010-5698RH (PN: 10-60757-145) Quantity: 12 ea. Destination (Both NSNs): Robins Air Force Base. Delivery schedule: 30 Calendar Days After Receipt of Order or Repairable Assets, whichever is Later. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 21 December 2011 with approximate response date of 20 January 2012. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Rogerson Kratos Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
