- SOLICITATION NUMBER: W560MY-12-R-0002 NAICS CODE: 561210 POINT OF CONTACT: Michael Good, Michael.v.good.civ@mail.mil NOTICE TYPE: Pre-Solicitation / Synopsis This is a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) for solicitation W560MY-12-R-0002, which serves as notification to industry of the procurement of support services for Base Operating Support - Integrator (BOS-I) Camp Leatherneck Afghanistan. These services include, but are not limited to: management, non-management, engineering, and technical services. Personnel that will be required to provide these support services include an Office/Personnel Manager, Architect/CAD Operator, Electrical PE, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Construction Project Manager, Surveyor/CADD Operator, Structural Engineer, Housing Specialist, Assistant Housing Specialist, Safety Specialist, Sanitation Specialist, Master Electrician, Master Plumber, Lead HVAC Mechanic, HVAC Mechanics, Electrician, and Carpenter. These positions are subject to change to support the customer's requirements. The intent is to solicit on a full and open basis. The proposed action is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one base year with four option years. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON THE WEB VIA FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (http://www.fbo.gov). No paper copies of the solicitation or amendments will be issued. No public announcement of any amendments will be made. Any changes to the solicitation shall be posted to this website. Vendors are advised to periodically check the web page for new amendments or other updates. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check these sites daily for any posted changes. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer prior to the closing date. Estimated release date of the RFP is on or about 04 January 2012 and closing will be approximately 30 days later. Closing date/date for receipt of offers is found on Page 1 of the solicitation and within any issued amendments and is not the response deadline shown by this website.
