- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5110 intends to procure on a sole source basis, SolidWorks software renewal and maintenance from Tri-Mech Solutions, LLC,. Tri-Mech Solutions, LLC is located at 4461 Cox Road Suite 302, Glen Allen VA 23060. This procurement is sole sourced based on FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Tri-Mech Solutions LLC is the only authorized re-seller of SolidWorks software and maintenance support for the Dahlgren, VA area. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 with a size standard of $23,000,000. This item will be acquired utilizing commercial FAR 13.5 procedures.
