- This project is a design Build project and the 2 phase selection process will be utilized in accordance with FAR part 36.3. The construction magnitude of this project ranges between $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. The project consists of the design and construction of a USACE Center of Standardization (COS) Medium TEMF Complex. The TEMF Complex consists of a 35,996 SF (Medium) Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (Building), Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Storage Buildings, Oil Storage Buildings and Hazardous Waste Storage. The project also includes construction of a 100% designed Site/Infrastructure package that includes demolition of existing Infrastructure system, existing Industrial Buildings, Roads, Hardstand and Parking Lots. New construction consists of Earthen Building Pads for use by Others for the Design and Construction of a USACE COS Standard Supply Support Activity Warehouse Complex (Buildings Only), Roads, Organizational Vehicle Parking Hardstand, Private Owned Vehicle (POV) Parking Lots, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalks, Storm Drainage System, Sanitary Sewer System, Overhead/Underground Electric Power, Security Lighting, Water Lines, Natural Gas Service, Communications/Information Systems, Fencing, Signage, Landscaping and Antiterrorism/Force Protection considerations. Comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design services are required. The solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPS on or ABOUT 1/10/2012.
