- NSN 4320-01-580-9017, Suction Guide Cone. I/A/W Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical (0UBG9) part numbers 8BB366BX2 and PL-11312-F-18 Item 366. Quantity is 12 each. Delivery is 300 days ARO. This acquisition includes the purchase of a code and part number item where Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical (0UBG9) is the approved manufacturer. The intent is to award a firm fixed price type contract. Solicitation and NSN will be available for download on the Internet at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. For questions on the content of the solicitation contact the primary point of contact. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 5 Jan 12. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 4320. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is: Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical (0UBG9). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
