Description

AMENDMENT TO Sources Sought for Parking Spaces The purpose of this amendment is to correct the e-mail address for Ms. Broglio to Pamela.broglio@va.gov and add the requirement for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is conducting market research for the leasing of 380 parking spaces starting in Spring 2012 near its facility on University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA, 15420. It is also looking for shuttle service to transport employees and patients from any acquired parking spaces to its facility on University Drive. The delineated area should be within a 2.5 mile radius of the University Drive site (see boundaries and polygon coordinates below). The lease will not exceed fifteen (15) years total, including firm term base (base) and renewal term(s) with the Government having cancellation privileges after three (3) years. The parking spaces would be needed from Monday through Friday, 4:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily (excluding Federal Holidays). Polygon Coordinates for Delineated Area of Consideration 1. (40.446311, -79.916152) There is also an interest in acquiring shuttle services to/from any parking spaces obtained. Please provide the number of spaces that could be offered. Also, if you provide shuttling services, please respond with details about the service you offer. Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act is required. This notice serves as a Request for Information (RFI) in support of market research. All information received will be used for planning purposes only.
