Description

NOTICE TO AWARD TO LIMITED SOURCE The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to Tier 1 Group LLC, 3100 Angeletti Rd, Crawfordsville, AR 72327-2301 for the Tactical Training courses. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), " the Contracting Officer has determined that this requirement is both urgent and compelling and the following the ordering procedures would result in an unacceptable delay for the government ". I hereby certify that the information set forth above is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. This notice is for information purpose only and is not a request for quotation. Telephone, fax, or e-mail will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in received in response to this notice. A determination not to further compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
