- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to patent or data rights requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. AWARD NOTICE. The U.S. Army Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Myer, VA on behalf of The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Military District of Washington (MDW), awarded a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate has a requirement for technical on-site support for the jAVS audio and video (AV) equipment at the Fort George G. Meade courtroom. Period of performance 16 Dec 2011 - 23 Dec 2011 with an option period of performance 7 Jan 2012 -30 Sep 2012. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside procurement.
