- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. AWARD NOTICE, The U.S. Army Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Myer, VA on behalf of The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Military District of Washington (MDW), award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate has a requirement for the jAVS to order audio and video equipment at the Fort George G. Meade courtroom. Period of performance 16 Dec 2011 - 23 Dec 2011. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The Government made a sole source award to Jefferson Audio Video Systems, Inc (jAVS) under NAICS Code 238210.
