- J and A Synopsis Information The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington intends to award a sole-source modification to extend contract Number FA4479-08-C-0003 from 1 January 2012 to 31 March 2012, to Northwest Waste Water, Inc (DBA Northwest Environmental, Inc) for waste water treatment facility services. IAW 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), these services are required by the agency and are available from this responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the needs of the agency, or it will result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
